What is the “Coaching Program”

This journey is designed just for you. You will move forward in partnership with a professional coach to meet your individual goals. The program is built around personal assessments and evaluations, a training plan tailored specifically for you and feedback as you work towards those goals.

We’ll identify your goals, whether that’s sending a new grade, improving technique, becoming comfortable with falls, building physical strength or mental toughness.

I work with clients for a minimum of one month, but recommend at least a three-month commitment to see real progress.

You choose how we work together, online or in-person, in a gym or on the rock.

A well-rounded program can strengthen both your body and your mind, helping you reach a higher, more balanced level of performance. A program commonly includes:

  • Fingerboard, deadhang and weight training
  • Upper body and lower body training (technique or strength)
  • Flexibility and Mobility routines
